Frank House [1962]

Situated on Rivo Alto Canal in Naples, this modern residence is approached by a pathway of stones over a reflecting pool that reveals a 5m tall dramatically scaled front entrance. Inside lies a double-story interior courtyard with lines of sight into living and dining spaces downstairs, and master bedroom and study above. The Frank House demonstrates the timelessness of the design of Killingsworth, Brady, Smith & Associates and a true spatial understanding of proportionate scale as part of the Case Study programme.
