Conason House [1984]

Famously featuring on The Wolf of Wall Street as its protagonist’s playhouse, Myron Goldfinger’s most iconic work (within an almost exclusively luxury residential portfolio) projects his stylistic tendencies at scale. With vaulted ceilings and liberally glazed sections, Goldfinger’s waterfront design was later expanded (upon his re-commission) to sum to six bedrooms, pools both indoor and outdoor, game rooms and expansive outdoor entertainment zones as captured in Scorsese’s film.
