Leo Henriksen House [1956]

One of Arne Jacobsen‘s later and lesser known works, the Leo Henriksen House furthered his outward fascination with rounds and presents a completely bespoke steel and glass form furnished with Jacobsen’s designs throughout. Built for the owners of Jacobsen’s 1943 more restrained smokehouse (to the background), the Leo Henriksen House represents the progression of Jacobsen’s palette from brick to steel.
