His work for IBM (such as the <a href=\"http:\/\/designtel.co\/ibm-aerospace-building\/\">Aerospace Building<\/a>) demonstrates a fusion of a pop aesthetic with a technical proficiency, whilst his curatorial vision essentially thrust the company into a bold new age. Partly responsible for this is the Selectric which sits alongside the <a href=\"http:\/\/designtel.co\/valentine-portable-typewriter\/\">Valentine<\/a> in terms of most heralded typewriter designs.
